Exchange or return -

Exchange and return is possible within 7 days after receipt of the product.

(Application available within 14 days when skin irritation occurs)

Refund is available after checking your case (photo attached) on customer service or feedback board.

Exchange or return delivery fee -

We will take the returning delivery fee in case of wrong delivery or faulty goods us bear it.

However, returning delivery fee due to change of mind will be charged for the customer.

Unacceptable Exchange or Return -

once product is open or wrapping is damaged case / 7 days passed after delivery

medical description has not been submitted for exchange & return due to skin irritation or 30 days passed after delivery
